Tell us about your diagnosis and symptoms, and share any existing medical records. A coordinator will select specialized clinics and doctors in Russia or abroad based on your medical needs and timeline, explaining the differences between options. The final decision is always yours.
Consultations and second opinion
Arranging an online or in-person consultation with a clinic doctor
If needed, we can schedule consultations with multiple specialists so you can compare treatment approaches and make an informed decision. We prepare and forward your medical records to the physician, and help you review the recommendations afterward.
Livaroq does not diagnose or prescribe treatment: medical decisions are made by clinic physicians, while we handle all organizational aspects.
Preparation of documents
Medical records
We will help gather medical summaries, reports, and test results required by the clinic and submit them to the physician in the appropriate format.
Document translation
If your treatment is abroad, we will arrange translation of your medical records into the required language. Translation is billed separately, and the cost will be agreed upon in advance.
Visa and invitation letter
We will check if a visa is needed, help you obtain a medical invitation from the clinic, and prepare your application documents.
Payment and guarantees
Transparent cost estimate before treatment, full coordination free of charge
Before starting treatment, the clinic provides a comprehensive cost estimate so you can decide knowing the full cost. Medical treatment is paid directly to the clinic according to the estimate. Livaroq patient support is free—our services are compensated by the clinic. You only pay for additional travel expenses: tickets, accommodation, transfers, and interpreter services.
Flights, transfer, and accommodation
Flight
We will find flights matching your consultation and admission dates. If the clinic reschedules, we will help you rebook your tickets.
Transfer
We will arrange airport pickup, transportation to your hotel and clinic, and transfers for scheduled medical procedures.
Hotel
We will arrange a hotel or apartment near the clinic for you and your accompanying family or companions.
Treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up
Treatment (medical service)
Throughout your treatment, a personal coordinator who knows your medical history will stay in touch to assist with interpreters, scheduling, and any logistics if plans change.
Rehabilitation
We will help arrange rehabilitation following your doctor's recommendations—at the same clinic, in a specialized center, or at home.
Telemedicine
Once you return home, we will arrange follow-up online consultations with your doctor and transfer your check-up results to ensure continuous care.
