You describe your medical concern, and we select a clinic and doctor in Russia or abroad and schedule consultations. Our selection service is completely free of charge.
Freezing money in the Livaroq account
Before starting treatment, you receive a full cost estimate from the clinic detailing what is included and the total price. You decide whether to proceed knowing the exact final cost.
Providing medical services
Once you have chosen a clinic, we take care of the rest: flights, accommodation, transfers, medical interpreters, and support at every stage.
Payment transfer from Livaroq account to the clinic's account
Livaroq coordination services are free for patients: our commission is covered by the clinic. You only pay for travel-related expenses, such as tickets, accommodation, transfers, and interpreter services.
International payments
Money transfer between parties located in different countries.
Payment terms for medical treatment abroad depend on the clinic and country. Before your trip, we will explain the accepted payment methods and help you prepare so there are no surprises upon arrival.
The cost of treatment is fixed in the clinic’s official estimate, while travel-related expenses—tickets, accommodation, transfers, and interpreter services—are agreed upon in advance.

Yes. If you do not speak the local language, we will arrange an interpreter for consultations, medical procedures, and communication with healthcare staff. Interpreter services are paid separately, with fees agreed upon in advance.

If a visa is required for your trip, we will advise on the correct visa type and assist in obtaining an official medical invitation from the clinic. The application itself is submitted directly to the consulate or visa application center on your behalf.
Processing times vary by country, so we recommend starting early.

You enter into a medical services contract directly with the clinic. Before doing so, you receive a detailed cost estimate, and we assist you in reviewing the treatment program and terms.
Treatment and rehabilitation

Yes. We only partner with clinics that hold valid medical licenses. Before onboarding a clinic to Livaroq, we thoroughly verify its credentials and physician qualifications.

The rehabilitation program is designed by your attending physician based on your diagnosis and treatment received. It can take place at the same clinic, a specialized center, or at home under remote medical supervision. We assist with all arrangements.
Payment

Livaroq support is completely free for patients: clinic and doctor matching, consultations, travel coordination, and support at every step. We receive our commission from the clinic if you decide to receive care there.
You only pay for treatment based on the clinic's estimate and travel-related expenses: tickets, accommodation, transfers, and interpreter services.

Refund policies for medical services are determined by the clinic and specified in your contract with them. Should such a situation arise, we will assist you in liaising with the clinic. Please contact your coordinator or our support team.
