A serious diagnosis, surgery or treatment outside your usual healthcare system means juggling too many tasks at once: finding the right specialist, comparing clinics, sorting out medical records, getting a second opinion, agreeing on the treatment plan, cost and dates, and arranging flights, accommodation, transfers and follow-up care.

What we do

We help patients choose a clinic and a doctor in Russia or abroad based on their diagnosis, medical needs and personal situation. When needed, we arrange consultations with several specialists, so the patient can hear different professional opinions and make an informed decision rather than a blind one.

• matching a clinic and a specialist to your specific medical needs;
• one or several consultations, including a second opinion;
• preparing and sending medical records to the clinic;
• agreeing on the programme, dates, hospital stay and cost;
• a full cost estimate from the clinic before treatment starts, so you know the price in advance;
• flights, transfers, accommodation and other travel logistics;
• coordination during diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation;
• online consultations and follow-up after you return home.

One coordinator for the whole journey

We stay with you throughout the process. If dates change or new questions come up during treatment, you do not have to contact dozens of services yourself — your coordinator knows your case and helps sort out the practical side.

For us, a medical trip does not end at the clinic door. After treatment we can help arrange a remote consultation with your doctor, send follow-up test results and plan further monitoring or rehabilitation.

What it costs the patient

Livaroq's coordination is free for patients. Treatment is paid directly to the clinic, based on the clinic's estimate, which you receive before treatment starts. You only pay for the travel services you choose: interpreting, transfers, accommodation and tickets. Livaroq receives a fee from the clinic if you decide to be treated there.

Where our responsibility ends

Livaroq does not replace a doctor and does not make medical decisions for the patient. Diagnosis, treatment decisions, medical procedures and the assessment of results are the responsibility of the licensed clinic and the treating physicians. Our job is to make sure you get access to the right specialists, understand your next steps and are never left alone with paperwork, logistics and an unfamiliar system.
