1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between LLC Livaroq (identification code 445803854, registered address: Georgia, Batumi, Airport Highway Street 186, floor 7, apartment 33; "Livaroq", "we") and users of the livaroq.com website (the "Website").

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

2. What Livaroq is

Livaroq is a medical travel coordination service: we help you choose clinics and doctors and arrange consultations, interpreting, travel, accommodation and transfers.

Livaroq is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical services, make diagnoses or prescribe treatment. Medical services are provided by licensed clinics and doctors, who are responsible for their quality and outcome.

3. Information on the Website

Information about clinics, doctors, programmes and prices is provided for reference only and is not a binding offer. Exact terms, dates and costs are agreed individually and set out in a contract.

Website content is not a substitute for medical advice. Treatment decisions are made by the patient together with their doctor.

4. Requests and accounts

When you submit a request or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and not to share access to your account with others.

Livaroq starts providing its services once a separate contract has been signed with you.

5. Costs and payment

Livaroq's coordination is free for users.

Medical services are paid by the user directly to the clinic, based on the clinic's estimate. The clinic provides a full estimate before treatment starts. Livaroq does not accept payments for treatment.

Interpreting, transfers, accommodation and tickets are paid by the user at prices agreed in advance. Livaroq receives a fee from the partner clinic if the user decides to be treated there. See Payment for details.

6. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and on the basis of your consent to personal data processing.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, images, the logo and the design of the Website belong to Livaroq or are used lawfully. Copying any content without our written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Livaroq is not responsible for medical decisions made by clinics and doctors, or for temporary unavailability of the Website for technical reasons. Our liability for coordination services is defined in your contract.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect once published on the Website.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
